Serving at Aletheia
The heartbeat of our church
Our Dream Team Culture
Serving at Aletheia means using your gifts to serve God and His people. These are the values we hold ourselves to — and what they look like on a Sunday.

01
Love God
“When they saw the courage of Peter and John and realized that they were unschooled, ordinary men, they were astonished and they took note that these men had been with Jesus.”
- We develop closeness with God, character, and calling.
- We serve because we love God and are called according to His purposes.
- We serve for God's glory.
02
Love People
“For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.”
- We are servant-hearted, team players, and sincere. Others before self.
- We are hosts in God's house as sons and daughters, and we do our best to show exceptional hospitality.
- We strive to be a safe place for anyone in our community to land.
03
Excellence
“People were overwhelmed with amazement. 'He has done everything well,' they said.”
- We do things well, before they are asked of us, and more than is expected.
- We bring our best every time we serve.
- We strive to arrive on time. Life can scramble a Sunday morning — general punctuality is much appreciated.
04
Joy
“...sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything.”
- We are enjoyable, positive, and loyal. We have can-do attitudes.
- We all come into some Sundays exhausted and overwhelmed, reluctant to serve — we still choose to serve with joy. Complaining is contagious, but so is the joy of the Lord!
If you're ever struggling, please let your team, team lead, or a staff member know so we can care for you and walk alongside you.
